Traditional Thai Massage, also known as Ancient Massage or Thai Yoga Massage, dates back more than three hundred years in its present form, with its origins going back more than 5,000 years to ancient India and China. Thai Massage combines elements of Ayurvedic medicine, Hatha yoga and Chinese acupressure. Your service begins with a foot cleansing ritual to ground and balance. Your therapist will then massage and stretch your feet and lower legs with a cooling blend of essential oils, stimulate acupressure points, and follow up with a warm towel wrap.
